Once student has taken admission, may study until Secondary Exam. A student who fails to promote to following class does not normally get chance to stay in Hostel. Student must be present on 2nd January of next year. A written permission should be taken if late for any reason. Otherwise, new student could be admitted assuming vacant seat in place of him.

If Guardian does not wish to keep in the hostel, needs to inform (written) to Office by 1st December. In case Hostel Authority decide not to keep any student, will inform Parents by 24th of December.
